At Embodied Wellness Center, we utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to modify thought patterns related to pain perception. Our holistic pain treatment also incorporates somatic techniques like yoga therapy and breathwork to enhance flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Additionally, we will address lifestyle factors like sleep and nutrition that contribute to comprehensive pain management. Our goal is to help you not only alleviate chronic pain symptoms, but also improve your relationship with your pain and the quality of your life.
