It doesn’t feel real to say that Embodied Wellness Center turns FIVE years old this month. Where has time gone?! What started as an idea that once felt far off is now something I get to live every day. Five years ago, I was navigating a lot of self-doubt and wondering if I could actually bring my vision to life. I’m so grateful I didn’t listen to the voice that told me to play it safe. . For me, Embodied Wellness Center was never just about opening a therapy practice. It was about creating something that aligned with what I truly believe in: integrating the mind and body, helping people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and live more intentionally. Ironically, building this practice has been part of my own journey toward finding that same balance and alignment I help my clients work toward. The work we do here is deeply personal, and it’s something I feel incredibly grateful to share with others. . EWC has grown in ways I couldn't have possibly imagined five years ago. AND we're only just getting started. I have so many more hopes and dreams for EWC— some that will take time, and some that are currently in the works. Specifically, we will soon be expanding our somatic offerings to help the general public (not just our therapy clients) find more calm, balance, and mindfulness in their daily lives. .
