We can be our own harshest critics at times. Our self-perception has the potential to shape our reality and can even influence how others interact with us. At Embodied Wellness Center, self-esteem therapy helps clients explore their limiting beliefs and challenge negative thought patterns that undermine their confidence. Through assertiveness training, we empower individuals to communicate their needs and set healthy boundaries. Our approach also focuses on self-compassion, enabling clients to treat themselves with kindness and understanding.
