Anxiety Therapy in Chicago

At Embodied Wellness Center, we work with people who are tired of feeling stuck in their heads but can’t find the “off” switch. Our approach to anxiety therapy blends traditional talk therapy like CBT with body-based practices to help regulate your nervous system, ease physical tension, and bring more calm into your everyday life. Together, we’ll slow things down. We’ll build tools to help you feel more grounded, more present, and more in control—so you can move through life with greater ease, confidence, and clarity.
