Natalie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who helps adults navigate anxiety, depression, chronic stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the emotional weight of always being the one holding everything together. Her background in community mental health gave her experience working with diverse populations, complex presenting concerns, and the realities of supporting clients through both acute crises and long-term emotional challenges. In addition to her clinical work, Natalie brings experience in crisis intervention, clinical supervision, and leadership, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the many ways mental health can impact daily life.

Natalie is known for her direct, honest, and deeply human approach to therapy. She creates a space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and comfortable showing up as their authentic selves without judgment. Natalie believes therapy should be collaborative, personalized, and grounded in real-life change, not a one-size-fits-all formula. She helps clients better understand the patterns keeping them stuck, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen boundaries, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, intentional, and aligned with who they truly are.

It doesn’t feel real to say that Embodied Wellness Center turns FIVE years old this month. Where has time gone?! What started as an idea that once felt far off is now something I get to live every day. Five years ago, I was navigating a lot of self-doubt and wondering if I could actually bring my vision to life. I’m so grateful I didn’t listen to the voice that told me to play it safe.
.
For me, Embodied Wellness Center was never just about opening a therapy practice. It was about creating something that aligned with what I truly believe in: integrating the mind and body, helping people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and live more intentionally. Ironically, building this practice has been part of my own journey toward finding that same balance and alignment I help my clients work toward. The work we do here is deeply personal, and it’s something I feel incredibly grateful to share with others.
.
EWC has grown in ways I couldn't have possibly imagined five years ago. AND we're only just getting started. I have so many more hopes and dreams for EWC— some that will take time, and some that are currently in the works. Specifically, we will soon be expanding our somatic offerings to help the general public (not just our therapy clients) find more calm, balance, and mindfulness in their daily lives.
.
To our community: whether you’ve worked with us, followed along on social media, or are just getting to know us, thank you for being here. We truly wouldn’t be here without you.
.
Here’s to five years, and everything still to come!

Strong doesn’t mean doing it all alone. You don't have to be the one who holds it together all the time, never drops the ball, never asks for help, or be the one everyone relies on. That can feel heavy, isolating, and exhausting.
.
Real strength is knowing when to let someone show up for you. It’s asking for support before you hit your limit. It’s allowing yourself to be human. You don’t have to carry everything just because you can.
.
Therapy can be one of those places where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. A space where you can put things down for a moment, be supported, and not have to do it alone. We'd love to help. If you'd like to learn more or get started, click the link in or bio.

Somatic therapy focuses on the mind-body connection, helping you tune into physical sensations, regulate your nervous system, and process experiences in a way that isn’t just cognitive.
.
If even one of these resonated, it might be worth exploring a different approach. If you’re curious about somatic therapy, we’d love to support you.

You can be the strong one and still need support.
A lot of people who are used to taking care of everyone else don’t allow space to receive support from others. Maybe they convince themselves it’s “not that bad,” it may feel like a burden to others, or that they can’t trust others to show up for them.

This is the truth:
You don’t have to hit rock bottom to need and deserve support or rest.
You can’t be there for everyone all the time.
It’s okay to ask for help.

69% of relationship problems can’t be solved. Instead, they must be managed. The question isn’t “can we fix this?” But rather “can I live with this?”
