Natalie Polupan
MSW, LCSW
She/her/hers
Psychotherapist
Natalie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than seven years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, chronic stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and chronic pain. Before joining Embodied Wellness Center, Natalie spent years working in community mental health, where she supported clients with a wide variety of diagnoses, life experiences, and levels of need. That experience helped her become a well-rounded clinician who feels comfortable treating both common concerns like anxiety and burnout, as well as more complex mental health challenges.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will simply nod along, Natalie may not be the right fit. Her clients appreciate that she’s direct, compassionate, and refreshingly honest. She has a way of helping people confront difficult patterns while making them feel genuinely understood and supported. Many clients describe working with her as having a trusted older sister in their corner, someone who will tell you what you need to hear while giving you the tools and encouragement to create meaningful change.
Natalie has a special interest in family dynamics, codependency, enmeshment, people-pleasing, chronic illness and pain, and helping clients navigate the grief that can come with letting go of who they thought they were supposed to be. She creates a space where clients can show up authentically, feel genuinely supported, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, intentional, and true to who they are.
Outside of therapy sessions, Natalie enjoys trying new restaurants, reading, and doing puzzles or legos.
