Individual Therapy

Stephanie Rotman, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Founder of Embodied Wellness Center
Psychotherapy at Embodied Wellness Center includes a diverse range of talk therapy techniques, which help you process past and present difficulties to deepen insights and encourage emotional expression and self-awareness. We will seek to understand the thoughts, feelings, behaviors, relationships, and lifestyle factors contributing to these difficulties and then build the skills and implement new tools to help you navigate your day-to-day to help you not only heal but thrive.
We use an eclectic, client-centered approach customized to each client to meet their specific treatment needs. Our therapists offer a variety of therapeutic approaches, including:
