She/her/hers
Founder, Psychotherapist
Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Certified Somatic Healer, Meditation Instructor, Level II Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), and Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher (TIYT) who helps individuals and couples navigate anxiety, burnout, and the demands of modern life. Many of her clients struggle with anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, burnout, self-doubt, or feeling like they can never fully relax.
Stephanie’s approach is somatic, direct, and practical. She helps clients connect the dots between past experiences, current patterns, and the ways stress shows up in both the mind and body. She won’t just sit back and listen. She asks thoughtful questions, offers honest feedback, and gives clients concrete tools they can use outside of therapy.
With extensive training in mind-body therapies, she incorporates somatic practices, mindfulness, and movement to to help clients feel less stuck in their heads, more comfortable in their bodies, and better able to handle stress when it shows up.
When Stephanie’s not in the therapy room, she enjoys doing yoga, listening to live music and going to concerts, baking, doing crossword puzzles, or cuddling with her dog, Layla.
