Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and founder of Embodied Wellness Center. Her specializations include anxiety, chronic pain, trauma/PTSD, life transitions, self-care, work/life balance, perfectionism, relationship issues, ADHD, and women’s issues. Stephanie works with individuals, couples, and groups using an eclectic, client-centered approach that combines her clinical expertise with evidence-based interventions to customize treatment to meet each client’s specific needs.
