Amanda is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) experienced in working with clients of all ages, from children to adults. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-sensitive yoga, and Gottman Method Couples Counseling. Amanda specializes in helping people explore their identity, build confidence, and navigate relationships. She has a particular interest and expertise in couples counseling, LGBTQIA+ issues, and neurodiversity, including supporting clients who were diagnosed with Autism later in life. As someone who identifies as queer, she understands the importance of creating a safe and affirming environment where clients from all backgrounds feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing.
When Amanda is not in therapy sessions, she enjoys long walks with her dog, Rossi, reading or listening to audiobooks, watching game shows or Bravo, baking, and trying new coffee shops.
