Chicago Burnout & Work Stress Treatment

You set high standards, push yourself hard, and never stop trying to do more but it never feels like enough. The increasing demands on your personal and professional life have you feeling drained and overwhelmed. It feels like you’re constantly in survival mode, and you’re ready for more than just getting by. At Embodied Wellness Center, we offer burnout therapy and work stress counseling for professionals, perfectionists, high achievers, or people who are really good at holding it all together—until they can’t anymore. Our goal is to help you create a life that’s full, but not overflowing.

What we’ll work on together:

    • Identifying the stressors that drain your energy

    • Setting boundaries that actually feel doable

    • Letting go of perfectionism and guilt

    • Finding small ways to take care of yourself without it becoming another chore

We take a holistic approach to burnout therapy that combines talk therapy with mindfulness, somatic tools, and practical strategies you can use in your daily life. You’ll learn how to listen to your body, calm your nervous system, and show up for your life without feeling like you’re constantly running on fumes.

You don’t have to wait for a total breakdown to ask for help. We’re here to support you through it—and to help you finally feel more like yourself again.
