    Hi there,

Can you tell me if you accept Cigna insurance? I’m interested in finding a therapist who is certified in EMDR therapy.

    Thanks so much,
    Elizabeth

Emotions live in the body, and one of the best ways to release emotions is through yoga. here are 5 restorative yoga poses that can help release stored tension: supported fish pose, supported bridge pose, sleeping pigeon pose, supported sphinx pose, and supported supine twist. Try holding each for at least 2 minutes with mindful awareness of your breath or body. Notice what shifts when you give yourself permission to rest and feel. How do you respond to stress? Are you an overfunctioner or an underfunctioner? It's important to know that neither one is better or worse, they're just two different ways of dealing with stress. Knowing how you operate under stress can help you find healthier ways of coping.
